Model Y Dog Guard 2024 - Delay 

Unfortunately, we must inform you that the components for our 2024 version of the dog guard for the Tesla Model Y have been stuck at customs in Leipzig since August 25, 2024. Despite all efforts, we have not yet been able to obtain clearance, which means the originally promised delivery date of September 2 will unfortunately be delayed.

We are unsure why the customs clearance is taking so long, as these are only components for a dog guard. At the moment, we cannot give an exact estimate of how long the process will take. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
